Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 My Lord! then place me not among the wrong-doing people. 94 And We are certainly able to show thee (in fulfilment) that against which they are warned. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 and say, "My Lord, I seek refuge with You from the prompting of the devils. 97 O my Lord, I seek refuge in You lest they attend me' 98 lt ceaseth not until when death cometh to one of them, and he saith: my Lord! send me back. 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction. 104 "Are you not those to whom My revelations were recited, and you dubbed them as lies?" 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 “Our Lord, remove us from hell then if we do the same, we are the unjust.” 107 He shall say: Go away into it and speak not to Me; 108 Among My servants, there were those who said, "Lord, We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best one to show mercy." 109 But you ridiculed them. So much so that out of (spite) for them you forgot to remember Me and laughed at them. 110 Today I shall recompense them for their patience, for it is they that have won. 111 He shall say, 'How long have you tarried in the earth, by number of years?' 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say, "You only stayed for a little while, if only you knew. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion. 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
