Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 And most surely We are well able to make you see what We threaten them with. 95 [But whatever they may say or do,] repel the evil [which they commit] with something that is better: We are fully aware of what they attribute [to Us]. 96 And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 Haply I may do good in that which I have left. By no means! it is a (mere) word that he speaks; and before them is a barrier until the day they are raised. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and therein they will grin, with displaced lips (disfigured). 104 “Were not My verses recited to you, so you used to deny them?” 105 They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 He will say: "Be ye driven into it (with ignominy)! And speak ye not to Me! 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 "But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them! 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 And the one who worships any other God along with Allah – of which he does not have any proof – his account is with his Lord; indeed there is no salvation for the disbelievers. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
