The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 THESE ARE MESSAGES of the divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth! 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
