The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it]? 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
