The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the Verses of the manifest Book [this Quran, which was promised by Allah in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), makes things clear]. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
