The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
