The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
