ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
