The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom. 5 they have indeed rejected the message. But the truth of what they laughed to scorn will dawn upon them before long. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
