۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought near the others [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) party] to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
