3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
