Recite unto them the story of Abraham: 69 when he asked his father and others, "What do you worship?" 70 They replied: "We worship idols and are devoted to them." 71 He said, 'Do they hear you when you call, 72 "Or do they benefit you or do they harm (you)?" 73 They said, 'Nay, but we found our fathers so doing.' 74 (Abraham) said, "Do you know that what you worship 75 You and your fathers? 76 They are an enemy to me, except the Lord of all Being 77 Who created me, and He doth guide me, 78 He Who feedeth me and giveth me to drink. 79 And when I am sick, then He restores me to health 80 And He Who will cause me to die, then give me life; 81 And who, I hope, will condone my faults on the Day of Judgement. 82 My Lord, give me Judgment, and join me with the righteous, 83 Make my words come true in the future. 84 Make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss 85 and forgive my father, for he is one of those astray. 86 and do not disgrace me on the Day when all people are resurrected, 87 The Day whereon will profit neither substance nor sons. 88 except him who comes before Allah with a pure heart; 89 And Paradise will be brought near [that Day] to the righteous. 90 and the Fire will be uncovered for those who strayed, 91 and they will be asked: "Where now is all that you were wont to worship 92 Other than Allah? Can they help you or help themselves?" 93 Then the idols and those who strayed will be hurled into the Fire headlong, one upon another, 94 and the hosts of Iblis, all together. 95 They will dispute between themselves therein, and will say, 96 "By God, we were most obviously astray 97 when we deemed you [false deities] equal to the Sustainer of all the worlds 98 "'And our seducers were only those who were steeped in guilt. 99 So now we have no intercessors 100 Nor a true friend; 101 "'Now if we only had a chance of return we shall truly be of those who believe!'" 102 In all this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 103 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
