The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 Behold, I am an apostle [sent by Him] to you, [and therefore] worthy of your trust: 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in thee when it is the meanest that follow thee?" 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
