Alshu'araa' 11 of 11
This surely is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe: 192 The Trustworthy Spirit has brought it down 193 Upon thy heart, that thou mayst be (one) of the warners, 194 In a clear Arabic language. 195 Its news was also mentioned in the ancient Books. 196 Is it not a sign unto them that the learned among the Children of Isra'il know it? 197 And if We had revealed it (this Quran) unto any of the non-Arabs, 198 and he had recited it to them, they would not have believed in it. 199 Even so We have caused it to enter into the hearts of the sinners, 200 They will not believe in it until they see the grievous Penalty; 201 It shall come to them of a sudden, while they perceive it not; 202 they say: "Can we be granted some respite?" 203 So for Our punishment are they impatient? 204 Did you consider that if We were to let them enjoy life for many years 205 And then the promise that is given to them, does come upon them- 206 It will profit them not that they enjoyed (this life)! 207 Never did We destroy a population, but had its warners - 208 as a reminder from Us: We are never unjust. 209 It was not the devils who brought down the Quran: 210 They are unworthy of it, nor can they do it. 211 Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed. 212 (Muhammad), do not worship anything besides God lest you suffer the punishment. 213 And warn thy tribe of near kindred, 214 and spread the wings of thy tenderness over all of the believers who may follow thee; 215 then, if they disobey thee, say, 'I am quit of that you do.' 216 Have trust in the Mighty, the Merciful, 217 Who sees you when you arise 218 And your movement among those who prostrate. 219 Surely He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing. 220 Shall I inform you (O people!) upon whom the Shayatin (devils) descend? 221 They descend on every sinful, false one. 222 who readily lend ear [to every falsehood,] and most of whom lie to others as well. 223 Only the erring people follow the poets. 224 Do you not see how they wander aimlessly in every valley, 225 And that they say what they practise not?- 226 The righteously striving believers among them who remember God very often and use their talent to seek help after they have been wronged are the exceptional. The unjust will soon know how terrible their end will be. 227
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
