And this life of the world is nothing but a sport and a play; and as for the next abode, that most surely is the life-- did they but know! 64 When they sail in a boat, they sincerely pray to God with pure faith. But when We bring them safely to land, they start considering things equal to God. 65 showing ingratitude for what We have given them and take their enjoyment; soon they shall know! 66 Have they not seen that We have made (Makkah) a sanctuary secure, and that men are being snatched away from all around them? Then do they believe in Batil (falsehood - polytheism, idols and all deities other than Allah), and deny (become ingrate for) the Graces of Allah? 67 And who could be more wicked than he who attributes his own lying inventions to God, or gives the lie to the truth when it comes unto him [through revelation]? Is not hell the [proper] abode for all who [thus] deny the truth? 68 We shall guide those who strive in Our cause to the paths leading straight to Us. Surely God is with those who do good. 69
