Did you not see that Allah has made all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth subservient for you and bestowed His favours upon you in full, both visible and hidden? And some men argue regarding Allah, with neither knowledge, nor guidance, nor a clear Book! 20 and when it is said to them, 'Follow what God has sent down,' they say, 'No; but we will follow such things as we found our fathers doing.' What? Even though Satan were calling them to the chastisement of the burning? 21 ۞ Whoever surrenders himself to Allah and lives righteously grasps the most firm handle. The ultimate decision of all matters rests with Allah. 22 So do not let the unbelief of disbelievers grieve you. They will be brought back to Us, when We shall tell them what they used to do. Whatever is in their hearts is known to God. 23 We will let them enjoy themselves for a short while - but in the end We shall drive them into suffering severe. 24 And if you ask them, “Who created the heavens and the earth?” – they will surely answer, “Allah”; proclaim, “All Praise is to Allah”; in fact most of them do not know. 25 To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. He is the Rich, the Praised. 26 And if all the trees on the earth were pens and the sea (were ink wherewith to write), with seven seas behind it to add to its (supply), yet the Words of Allah would not be exhausted. Verily, Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. 27 Your creation and resurrection is but like that of a single cell. Verily He is all-hearing and all-seeing. 28 Hast thou not seen how that God makes the night to enter into the day and makes the day to enter into the night. and He has subjected the sun and the moon, each of them running to a stated term, and that God is aware of what you do? 29 For Allah is the Truth, while that which they call upon, other than Him, is false. For that Allah is the Most High, the Great. 30
