We gave the Book to Moses - do not have any doubt about the Day of Judgment - and made it a guide for the children of Israel. 23 and [as] We raised among them leaders who, so long as they bore themselves with patience and had sure faith in Our messages, guided [their people] in accordance with Our behest [so, too, shall it be with the divine writ revealed unto thee, O Muhammad.] 24 Verily thy Lord! He shall decide between them on the Day of Judgment concerning that wherein they have been differing. 25 Does it not guide them [to see] how many generations We destroyed before them, among whose ruined dwellings they now walk about? There truly are signs in this -- will they not listen? 26 Do they not see that We drive the rain towards a land that is dry, then grow grain from it which their cattle and they themselves eat? Will they not see even then? 27 They say: “If you are truthful, (tell us) when will the Judgement come?” 28 Say, "On the day of the final triumph, the faith of the disbelievers will be of no avail to them, nor will they be given any respite". 29 Turn away from them and wait. They are, also, waiting. 30
