O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and wives of the believers that they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments [when in public], so as to be recognized and not harmed. God is most forgiving and most merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites, those whose hearts are sick and those who encourage the spread of evil in the city, will not desist, We shall arouse you against them and they will only be allowed to be your neighbors for a short while. 60 cursed wherever they are found, they will be seized and put to death. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 (Muhammad), people ask you about the Day of Judgment. Say, "Only God has knowledge about it. Perhaps the Hour of Doom will soon come to pass." 63 Surely Allah has cursed the unbelievers and has prepared for them a burning fire, 64 wherein they will live forever without being able to find any guardian or helper. 65 The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, "How we wish we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger." 66 They shall say, 'Our Lord, we obeyed our chiefs and great ones, and they led us astray from the way. 67 Lord, make them to suffer double torment and subject them to the greatest condemnation." 68
