Initiator (Faater)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
ALL PRAISE is due to God, Originator of the heavens and the earth, who causes the angels to be (His) message-bearers, endowed with wings, two, or three, or four. [Unceasingly] He adds to His creation whatever He wills: for, verily, God has the power to will anything. 1 Whatever grace God opens up to man, none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds, none can henceforth release: for He alone is almighty, truly wise. 2 People, remember the bounty of God that He has granted to you. Is their any creator besides God who could provide you with sustenance from the heavens and the earth? He is the only God. Where then can you turn away? 3 And if they reject thee, so were messengers rejected before thee: to Allah back for decision all affairs. 4 O people! Allah’s promise is indeed true; therefore do not ever let the worldly life deceive you; nor ever let the great cheat deceive you in respect of Allah’s commands. 5 Satan is your enemy. Thus, consider him as your enemy. His party only calls you to make you the dwellers of the burning fire. 6 For those who are unbelievers, there is severe punishment; but for those who believe and do the right is forgiveness and a great reward. 7
