And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
