And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
