Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
