And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night.
