And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138
