Remember Our votary Job because he called to his Lord: "Satan has afflicted me with disease and distress." 41 (We commanded him): “Stamp your foot on earth, and here is cool water to wash with and to drink.” 42 And We bestowed on him (again) his household and therewith the like thereof, a mercy from Us, and a memorial for men of understanding. 43 And (it was said unto him): Take in thine hand a branch and smite therewith, and break not thine oath. Lo! We found him steadfast, how excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (to his Lord). 44 And remember Our servants -- Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- they were endowed with great strength and vision. 45 Verily, We did choose them by granting them (a good thing, i.e.) the remembrance of the home [in the Hereafter and they used to make the people remember it, and also they used to invite the people to obey Allah and to do good deeds for the Hereafter]. 46 They are the chosen ones, the excellent in Our sight. 47 Also, remember our worshipers Ishmael, Elisha, and ThulKifl, they are among the good. 48 This was a remembrance. An excellent retreat awaits the God-fearing 49 the Gardens of eternity with gates thrown wide open to them. 50 Where they will take their ease, calling for fruits in plenty, and for wine, 51 ۞ having beside them well-matched mates of modest gaze." 52 This is what you are promised for the Day of Reckoning: 53 Truly such will be Our Bounty (to you); it will never fail;- 54 This is so! And for the Taghun (transgressors, disobedient to Allah and His Messenger - disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, criminals, etc.), will be an evil final return (Fire), 55 Gehenna, wherein they are roasted - an evil cradling! 56 Yea, such! - then shall they taste it,- a boiling fluid, and a fluid dark, murky, intensely cold!- 57 And other torments, like thereof, conjoined. 58 Here is a multitude rushing headlong with you. There is no welcome for them. They will roast in the fire. 59 They say, 'No, it is you have no Welcome; you forwarded it for us; how evil a stablishment!' 60 They will say: "Our Lord! whoever brought this upon us,- Add to him a double Penalty in the Fire!" 61 They say, 'How is it with us, that we do not see men here that we counted among the wicked? 62 and whom we mocked? Have they been rescued or can our eyes not find them?" 63 Verily all this is true. This is how the inmates of the Fire will dispute among themselves. 64
