The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
