Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 “Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – the Almighty, the Oft Forgiving.” 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they disputed. 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 except Iblis. He waxed proud and became one of the unbelievers. 74 Said (God): "O Iblis, what hindered you from adoring what I created by My own authority? Are you too proud, or too high and mighty?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 "Till the Day of the Time Appointed." 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 [Allah] said, "The truth [is My oath], and the truth I say - 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say (Prophet Muhammad): 'For this I ask of you no wage, and I am not of those who take things upon themselves. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
