Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 I had no knowledge of the higher Assembly when they discussed it among themselves. 69 I have only received revelation to give you plain warning. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 The angels fell down prostrate, every one, 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 Said he, 'I am better than he; Thou createdst me of fire, and him Thou createdst of clay.' 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said, "By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam). 82 Except Thy servants from among them, the purified ones. 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say: "I do not ask any compensation of you for it, nor am I a specious pretender. 86 Lo! it is naught else than a reminder for all peoples 87 and after a while you shall know its news' 88
