Did you not see those who dispute concerning Allah's Signs? Whence are they, then, being turned astray? 69 Those who gave the lie to this Book and all the Books which We had sent with Our Messengers shall soon come to know the Truth 70 when fetters and chains shall be on their necks, and they shall be dragged into 71 Into boiling water, then in the fire shall they be burned; 72 Then shall it be said to them: Where is that which you used to set up 73 associated with Allah in His Divinity?” They will say: “We have lost them; rather, we never used to call upon anyone before.” Thus will Allah cause them to stumble in error. 74 this is an outcome of your having arrogantly exulted on earth without any [concern for what is] right, and of your having been so full of self-conceit! 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide therein, and (indeed) what an evil abode of the arrogant! 76 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee unto Us, to Us they shall be returned. 77 We have told you the stories of some of Our Messengers whom We had sent before you and We have not told you the stories of some others. A Messenger is not supposed to show a miracle without the permission of God. When God's decree of punishment comes to pass, He will judge truthfully and the supporters of the falsehood will perish when God's decree of punishemnt comes to pass. 78
