Ghaafer 9 of 9

Allah it is Who hath appointed for you cattle, that ye may ride on some of them, and eat of others 79 other uses also you have in them; and that on them you may attain a need in your breasts, and upon them and on the ships you are carried. 80 He shows you His signs; which then of the signs of God will you deny? 81 Do they not travel through the earth and see what was the End of those before them? They were more numerous than these and superior in strength and in the traces (they have left) in the land: Yet all that they accomplished was of no profit to them. 82 And when their apostles came unto them with evidences, they exulted in the knowledge which was with them, and there surrounded them that which they had been mocking. 83 But when they saw Our punishment, they said: We believe in Allah alone and we deny what we used to associate with Him. 84 But then their affirming served them nothing after they had seen Our torment. This is the law of God that has prevailed among His creatures, Then the unbelievers went to rack and ruin. 85
