Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 Food of the sinner. 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 We have made the Quran easy for you to recite so that perhaps they may take heed. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
