Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 Lo! this is that whereof ye used to doubt. 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 In gardens and springs; 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 They will never taste death therein except the first death (of this world), and He will save them from the torment of the blazing Fire, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 Certainly, We have made this (Quran) easy in your tongue, in order that they may remember. 58 So be on the watch; they too are on the watch. 59
