The tree of Zaqqum 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 'Take him, and thrust him into the midst of Hell, 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 amidst gardens and fountains, 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 They shall not taste death except the death in this world. And Allah will save them from the chastisement of Hell 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
