The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 “Seize him and drag him to the middle of the Blazing Fire, 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 "Taste it," (they will be told). "You were indeed the mighty and noble! 49 Indeed, this is what you used to dispute." 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
