Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place; 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 an act of thy Sustainer's favour: and that, that will be the triumph supreme! 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
