Al-Jaatheyah 3 of 4

And Allah created the heavens and earth in truth and so that every soul may be recompensed for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged. 22 Hast thou seen him who maketh his desire his god, and Allah sendeth him astray purposely, and sealeth up his hearing and his heart, and setteth on his sight a covering? Then who will lead him after Allah (hath condemned him)? Will ye not then heed? 23 Yet they say: "There is nothing but the life of this world. We die and we live, and only time annihilates us." Yet they have no knowledge of this: They only speculate. 24 When Our clear revelations are recited to them, their only argument is to say: "Bring our ancestors back, if what you say is true." 25 (Muhammad), say, "It is God who gives you life and causes you to die. He will bring you together on the inevitable Day of Judgment," but most people do not know. 26
