Q (Qaaf)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By Qaf and the glorious Quran, (you are the Messenger of God). 1 Nay, but they marvel that a warner has come to them from among them; and the unbelievers say, 'This is a marvellous thing! 2 that after we die and become dust, we shall be brought back to life again. This seems far from reality". 3 We know what the earth consumes of them, for We have the Book that preserves everything. 4 Aye! they belie the truth when it cometh unto them; wherefore they are in an affair confused. 5 Have they not seen how We have established the sky above them and decked it without gaps and cracks? 6 We spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains, and We cause every delightful thing to grow in it 7 To give sight and as a reminder to every servant who turns frequently (to Allah). 8 We sent down blessed water from the sky with which We caused gardens and the grains of harvest to grow, 9 And lofty date-palms with ranged clusters, 10 as sustenance apportioned to men; and by [all] this We bring dead land to life: [and] even so will be [man's] coming-forth from death. 11 And before them the people of Nuh belied, and so did the dwellers of Rass and the Thamud. 12 And the A-ad, and Fir'awn, and the brethren of Lut. 13 And the dwellers in the wood, and the people of Tubba; each one belied the apostles, wherefore fulfilled was My judgement. 14 What, were We wearied by the first creation? No indeed; but they are in uncertainty as to the new creation. 15
