And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
