And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 Woe to the disbelievers when the day with which they have been threatened comes! 60
