And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So turn your attention away from them; you shall incur no blame. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
