We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 So turn your attention away from them; you shall incur no blame. 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
