And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
