AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
