Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Everyone that is thereon will pass away; 26 There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power. 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 We shall surely aim, O both burdened. 31 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men! If you have the power to go beyond the realms of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them: you cannot pass out but with [Our] authority. 33 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten brass shall be sent against both of you, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 36 (On the Day of Judgment) when the heavens are rent asunder they will have a flowery color and flow like oil. 37 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 38 Neither man nor jinn will be questioned on that day about his sin. 39 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks so they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 42 This is the Hell which the Sinners deny: 43 they shall go round between it and between hot, boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
