All that is on the earth is doomed to perish, 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 On Him depends all creatures in the heavens and on earth; [and] every day He manifests Himself in yet another [wondrous] way. 29 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 30 We shall surely aim, O both burdened. 31 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 32 O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)! 33 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 38 On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin. 39 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks so they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 42 This is hell which the guilty deny. 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 45

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
