All that is on the earth is doomed to perish, 26 And there will endure for ever the person of your Lord, the Lord of glory and honor. 27 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 28 All those who are in the heavens and the earth seek only from Him; every day is an enterprise for Him. 29 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O assembly of the jinn and the men! If you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority. 33 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 34 On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: 35 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 36 When the heaven splits asunder and turns crimson, like red leather. 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn. 39 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks so they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
