When God said, 'Jesus, I will take thee to Me and will raise thee to Me and I will purify thee of those who believe not. I will set thy followers above the unbelievers till the Resurrection Day. Then unto Me shall you return, and I will decide between you, as to what you were at variance on. 55 “So I shall mete a severe punishment to those who disbelieve, in this world and in the Hereafter; and they will not have any supporters.” 56 And as for those who believed and worked righteous works, He shall repay them their hires in full, and Allah loveth not the wrong-doers. 57 (Muhammad), what we recite to you are revelations and words of wisdom. 58 The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was. 59 The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters. 60 Tell those who dispute this with you even after the knowledge that has reached you: "Come, let us gather our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, and pray and solicit God to condemn those who lie." 61 This is the true account: There is no god except Allah; and Allah-He is indeed the Exalted in Power, the Wise. 62 But if they turn back, then surely Allah knows the mischief-makers. 63
