But such as fears the Station of his Lord, for them shall be two gardens -- 46 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 47 With spreading branches; 48 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 49 In the two Gardens flow two springs. 50 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 51 Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 53 They will recline upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruits of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 55 In the midst of these shall be maidens with modest, restrained glances; maidens whom no man or jinn has ever touched before. 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 (In beauty) like the jacynth and the coral-stone. 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of kindness be aught save kindness? 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 And besides these two other gardens -- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Dark green (in colour). 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 In these there will also be two springs gushing forth. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 69 Therein will be damsels agreeable and beauteous. 70 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 71 Companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;- 72 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 73 Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 74 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful decorated carpets. 76 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78

(1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
