The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the inevitable event takes place, 1 Then none will be able to deny its occurrence. 2 abasing [some,] exalting [others]! 3 When the earth shall be shaken with a (severe) shaking, 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 and will scatter abroad into fine dust. 6 And ye are classes three. 7 So those on the right – how (fortunate) are those on the right! 8 And those on the Left Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Record in their left hands), Who will be those on the Left Hand? (As a disgrace for them, because they will enter Hell). 9 And those Foremost (in Faith) will be Foremost (in the Hereafter). 10 Who will be honoured 11 In Gardens of Delight. 12 A multitude of those (foremost) will be from the first generations (who embraced Islam). 13 And a few from among the latter. 14 on lavish couches 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of pure drink; 18 neither causing headaches, nor intoxication; 19 And fruit; that they may choose. 20 Bird meats that they relish, 21 And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes, 22 Like pearls safely hidden. 23 A Reward for the deeds of their past (life). 24 They will not hear any useless speech in it, or any sin. 25 Other than "Peace, peace" the salutation. 26 The Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 27 (They will be) among thornless lote-trees, 28 And acacia covered with heaps of bloom, 29 And shade extended 30 and waters gushing, 31 And plenty of fruits. 32 That will neither finish, nor ever be stopped. 33 And raised couches. 34 We have indeed developed these women with an excellent development. 35 And made them virginal, 36 Beloved (by nature), equal in age,- 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
