۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 it is surely a noble Koran 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
